Payments
Time Vault offers a variety of payment methods to ensure that our customers have a convenient and hassle-free shopping experience. We accept the following payment methods for orders:
- Major Credit Cards: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
We offer flexible payment options, including 3 installments via KOKO at checkout, up to 36 months with Commercial Bank credit cards, and up to 12 months with American Express cards.
Shipping Orders
Enjoy fast delivery 24–48 hours in Colombo 1–15 (weekdays), next-day dispatch for weekend orders, and 2–4 days islandwide with exact dates shown at checkout for back-orders.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link to the carrier’s website, allowing you to follow your delivery in real time.
Delivery and Returns
Exchanges and returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, provided items are in original condition with all packaging and tags.
Product and maintenance
Luxury timepieces should be serviced every 3–5 years, depending on brand, usage, and environment, to ensure precision, longevity, and lasting value.
Gently wipe your watch with a soft, lint-free cloth. For metal bracelets, use a damp cloth with mild soap and a soft brush. Avoid harsh chemicals, and always ensure the crown is securely closed before cleaning.
Shop (The Studio)
We invite you to explore our curated collection in person at our boutique, beautifully located at No. 30, Dr. Lester James Peries Mawatha, Colombo 05, Sri Lanka. Walk-ins are welcome, though we recommend booking a private appointment for a more personalized experience.
While appointments are not required, we highly recommend booking a private consultation to ensure dedicated time with one of our horology experts. This ensures you receive undivided attention and tailored guidance in a relaxed, luxury setting.
Customer account
While not required, creating an account is highly recommended, allowing you to effortlessly access your order history, update addresses, track shipments in real time, and receive exclusive updates on new arrivals and special events.

Product Warranty
All watches purchased from Time Vault are covered by an official manufacturer’s warranty (duration may vary depending on the brand). The warranty typically covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including movement issues, hands, and dial. During the warranty period, repairs and servicing will be carried out free of charge by the brand’s authorized service centers.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear such as scratches on the case, crystal, or bracelet/strap. It also excludes damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized repairs or modifications, and water damage resulting from failure to follow manufacturer guidelines (e.g., improper crown handling or exceeding water resistance limits). Batteries, straps, and bracelets are considered consumables and are not covered under warranty.
Warranty coverage and duration may vary depending on the watch brand and model. To claim warranty service, customers must present a valid warranty card and proof of purchase. All warranty repairs must be handled through the brand’s authorized service centers, and shipping costs (if applicable) may be the responsibility of the customer. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Time Vault acts as an authorized retailer and facilitates warranty claims but is not responsible for decisions made by the manufacturer’s service center.
Return and Exchange
You may return or exchange your watch within 7 days of delivery, provided it is in original, unworn condition with all packaging, tags, and warranty cards intact. Personalized, engraved, or special-order items are not eligible. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and refunds are issued once the item is inspected and approved.
All returned items must be in brand-new, unworn condition with no signs of use. Watches must include the original box, tags, protective stickers, warranty card, and any accessories received at purchase. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined or subject to a partial refund.
Customers must report any damage or incorrect items within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Exchanges are limited to the same product category or value.
Authenticity
At Time Vault, every watch we sell is 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized dealers and trusted partners. Each timepiece comes with the original manufacturer’s warranty, serial numbers, and certificates of authenticity, ensuring you receive a genuine product with full brand support. We do not deal in replicas or grey-market goods—your trust and confidence are our highest priority.
Orders & Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel an order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Cancellations after payment are allowed under specific conditions, which will be communicated on a case-by-case basis.
Pricing & Currency
Prices are displayed in LKR for local orders. International orders (if supported) will be displayed in USD.
Currency conversion and exchange rate differences will be handled at the time of payment, with any applicable fees clearly displayed.
