Overview
Time Vault (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates this website and provides all related information, tools, and services (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, including making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our website or Services. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which enables us to provide the Services.
Eligibility
To use our Services, you must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. Minors may only use the Services with the consent of a parent or guardian.
General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone, at any time, for any reason. You may not use our Services for illegal purposes, violate intellectual property laws, or transmit harmful code. Breaches of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your access.
Products, Services, and Shipping
Products may be sold exclusively online and in limited quantities. Prices include all taxes and shipping costs, and no additional fees will be charged for orders within Sri Lanka. Delivery for in-stock items typically takes 24–48 hours on weekdays, while weekend orders will be delivered the following Monday. Delivery in Colombo 1–15 and suburbs generally takes 1–2 working days, and elsewhere in Sri Lanka, 2–4 working days. For out-of-stock items, the expected delivery date will be displayed under “Add to Cart” and in your cart. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. Product colors and images are displayed as accurately as possible but may vary depending on your monitor. Returns and exchanges are accepted up to one month after receipt, subject to our Refund Policy [LINK TO REFUND POLICY].
Payment Terms
We accept payments via credit and debit cards, KOKO installments, American Express (up to 12 months), and Commercial Bank installments (up to 36 months). All payments are processed securely through Shopify, and customers are responsible for maintaining accurate billing and account information.
Account and Newsletter
Creating an account is optional but recommended for tracking orders, editing addresses, and receiving updates. We send newsletters approximately once per week through Klaviyo, and customers may unsubscribe at any time. Transactional emails, including order confirmations and shipping updates, are always sent.
User Conduct and Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Services for illegal or immoral purposes, upload harmful code, viruses, or malware, violate intellectual property or privacy rights, collect or track personal information of others without consent, or engage in spam, phishing, scraping, or any activity that interferes with the security or operation of the Services.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and materials on this site are the property of Time Vault or its licensors, and unauthorized use is prohibited.
Third-Party Links and Services
The Services may include links to third-party websites and tools. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or policies of these third-party sites or tools, and our liability for third-party services is limited.
Warranty and Liability
All products and Services are provided “as is” without warranties. Time Vault is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data. Customers are responsible for the proper care of luxury watches, and regular servicing every 3–5 years is recommended to maintain performance and value.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Time Vault and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Services at any time without notice for violations of these Terms. Any obligations incurred prior to termination will survive.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
